"Believe me, things always work out. You should see some of the bullocks I've been through—I'm lucky to be standing here today!"

"Really? Now I'm curious. Though I must say, I'm not surprised."

He grinned. "What's that supposed to mean?"

((Micaela is bugging me and whimpering in order to get me to play Edward for her, so after this post I'll have to switch characters. We can pick it up again tomorrow though! ;D))
"Well, Mr. Crowley, you seem to be someone who has a secret. A dark past maybe? Or is it a dark present? I guess time will tell. Not much gets by me Mr. Crowley. I'm very...intuitive, for lack of a better word."

((Or you could do the **HELGA** thing. Unless you don't want to. I SHOULD be going to bed. )) He stared at her, a little surprised by that. Maybe she was psychic or something. "I... see. Well, you're slightly right. I'd tell you, but it's sort of my secret. Besides, you wouldn't believe me anyway," he joked.

**As Helga**
((Hehe, I'm just so into this!!!))
"Try me. Unfortunately there's not much else that can surprise me. Of course, I completely understand if you would rather not tell. I have my own secrets as well."

((Isn't the Sueniverse amazing? ;D))
He seemed to contemplate this. "Alright. I'll tell if you tell."

**Helga**
(( I know! ;D))
"All right, but you first," Helga said, not wanting to lose the upper hand.

He nodded, even though he knew that he'd probably be losing a perfectly good opportunity. Oh well, there was still a chance she'd end up in Hell anyway. Making sure there was no one else around, he removed his sunglasses to reveal his yellow eyes. "I'm a demon. Well, technically a fallen angel, but they're both really just names for an employee of Hell. What about you?"

Helga couldn't help but be shocked. It hadn't been exactly what she was expecting, but there was no denying the truth of his statement.
"Well, I admit that mine is nowhere near as interesting, but I can feel and manipulate emotions. I can draw from the emotions around me and experience them as my own, or I can create emotions in others. Though I just call it my little lie detector."

He raised his eyebrows. "Pretty interesting for a human. I've never heard of that before—hell, I've met the bloody Antichrist, and he can't do that!"

Helga suppressed a chuckle. "Well, let's just say that Roswell gave more than unhappy memories to haunt me."

"I assume you are familiar with Roswell's colorful history?"

"Oh, you mean with the UFO's?" He laughed. "What, did aliens abuct you or something?" he teased.
