Norrington's eyes fell upon the face of the baby, his first instincts were to shriek and run, but there was something calming about the child, he forced a smile and looked up at Megan.

He jogged and touched her arm, not grabbing but enough to stop her "Please stop." He didn't know why he did so, he could have just as easily let her go, and never worry about ever seeing her again. "If you think I am disgusted or repulsed by your child then you are wrong, I have seen worse things than a deformed infant, other than her obvious flaws she is a very appealing child."
He knew he wasn't helping, but he couldn't let her walk away and think he was just another evil man.
