Medusa looked anxiously at Hans. Her heart was beating. Strange. She had never worried about a man before. To her surprise, she heard herself speak to Hans in a worried tone.
"Please, be careful..."
The waiter lifted his hand from his back and swung the bottle in Hans' direction.

Hans watched with poorly concealed fury as his wounds healed and the blood ran off into thin air.
That did it.
One fist flew at the waiter, who presently stumbled and fell to the ground, bleeding.
"Ignorant moron," Hans muttered.

Medusa looked up at Hans, clearly admiring his strength. There was something... wanting... in her eyes. She lowered her gaze again, blushing. Since when did she blush because of a man? She didn't remember. But this time, it was genuine.
The waiter went back on his feet and tried to knock Hans out with a right hook.

Hans expertly ducked and threw hit after hit with the least effort until, at last, the waiter tripped over himself and lay on the ground, panting heavily.
"Are we done here?" Hans asked, raising a brow. The waiter clearly knew he was in no position to defy the man and hastily nodded, scurrying off into the kitchen. Those guests who remained in the restaurant dazedly stared after the waiter and gradually returned to their meals and conversations.
Hans beamed at Medusa, proud of his handiwork.

Medusa beamed back at Hans, clearly admiring his strength. She stood and came over to him, wrapping her arms around his waist to give him a hug. She whispered into his ear.
"We should probably leave, in case that cad thinks of calling on the authorities. Don't you think?"
She stood on her toes and gave him a light kiss on the cheek.
"My hero," she whispered with a twinkle in her eyes.

"I wouldn't go as far as to call myself a hero," Hans reddened. Nonetheless, he pushed aside his chair and escorted Medusa out of the restaurant with head held high.

Medusa smiled and followed Hans, sticking her small hand into his strong one and squeezing it gently.*
"Oh, believe me. I recognize a hero when I see one. I am Greek, you know. We have traditions for that..."

**NEW DAY**
Sitting at an outdoor table, Tybalt looked at his plate awkwardly. He wasn't sure why he'd asked Marguerite here, and he certainly didn't know why she'd agreed to come.

"So." Meg began uncertainly. "So. So.."
She'd been trying to say something for about three minutes now.

"I've heard the food here is very good," he said desperately.

"Yes, it is!"
Meg paused.
"I wouldn't know. Eating is rather frowned on in my profession."

"That's very unfortunate."
He never really noticed or cared about food himself.

"I suppose it goes with fitting into one's costumes," she added. "I already have more trouble with some of them than the other girls..."
She glanced down at her chest.
