Full Name: Linde Reinhold
Fandom: POTO, original, other (specify)? Original
Age: 20
Height: 5'4"
Weight: I beg your pardon!
Build: Willowy
Hair: Dark brown
Eyes: Blue
Nationality: German
Job: Governess
Personality: A bit inexperienced in the ways of the world, there is still plenty out there to surprise or throw Linde for a loop. Still, even in the face of such things, be they frightening or merely confusing, Linde is pretty good about keeping her head, although she does have a tendency toward being overly curious when a mystery presents itself. Friendly but not boistrous, and a bit whimsical.
Life Story (as much as you want us to know): Ever since receiving formal instruction at a school that trained such, Linde has worked as a governess. Her first job was with a lovely family with many children, a loving household where she thrived and grew close to her employers and the children under her care. She would have remained governess there indefinitely if it weren't for a terrible accident--one night, the home mysteriously caught fire, the entire manse burning down and killing all within...except for Linde. The governess had at the time been spending a sleepless moment in the gardens, trying to tire out her insomnia when she smelled smoke. By the time she was able to get indoors, it was impossible for her to get upstairs and warn or help out the family--flames were in the way. Thanks to her raising alarms, the fire brigade was able to keep the fire from spreading into the surrounding land and possibly into the next house, but in the aftermath Linde was devastated, blaming herself for the loss of the family. If she'd only been braver, was her thinking, she would have run through the fire and saved them.
Logical thought or not, the guilt of the accident followed her, especially since there were unanswered questions about how it started--the possibility that it was started on purpose haunted her as Linde quietly and sadly looked for another job...one as far from the scene of her sorrow as possible. So it happens that she comes to France, and learns of a household that seems to need her services--a household with a mass of rumors swirling around it, rumors that she chooses to ignore: for who is she to judge, with what she left behind?
((Aaaaangst. Not so much as Blaize, but still, angst.))
